Bright Horizons Ed Assist is a tuition management service that helps employers manage their tuition reimbursement programs. Check with your employer to see if they offer EdAssist services through their benefits programs.

My Employer Participates in EdAssist

If your employer participates in EdAssist, Bryant offers a tuition discount to eligible employees and their immediate family members:

• 20% off certificate tuition (applies to certificate programs; Certified Financial Planning is excluded).
• Eligibility and enrollment verification are handled through your employer’s EdAssist portal or HR representative.

How to use EdAssist

• Confirm with your HR or benefits team that Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ programs are covered under your EdAssist plan.
• Register for the program and follow your employer’s process for pre-approval or reimbursement.
• Provide any required verification to Bryant during enrollment.

Discounts for Bryant University certificates and two-year MBA program are available to learners whose employers have education benefits through EdAssist.

As part of this partnership, EdAssist participants receive 20% off all Bryant University certificate programs (except Certified Financial Planning). Participants accepted into Bryant University’s two-year MBA program through the Graduate School of Business receive a 10% tuition reduction and waived application and graduation fees.

For Certificate Programs:

Students should complete the EdAssist Verification form and send it to accelerator@bryant.edu. They may then register for courses on our website. Please follow the directions on the registration page regarding the payment processes for discounted tuition.

For MBA students:

Students should complete the regular application process to the Bryant University MBA program and be accepted. Upon acceptance, the tuition discount will be applied in the form of a scholarship. No scholarship application necessary; students should attach their EdAssist Verification form to their MBA application.

Unfortunately, the discounts offered by Bryant through EdAssist are only effective for enrollment in future terms and will not be applied retroactively.

Many veterans are faced with the challenges of transitioning to civilian life, including establishing a career. Through military training and experience, you have gained valuable technical skills as well as the core qualities of discipline, leadership, a positive work ethic, and time management. These skills and qualities are highly sought after by employers. Bryant University values and honors our veterans, and we are committed to helping you in the process of transitioning to your next career.

Active-duty military and veterans receive a 10% discount on all courses and certificates offered through the Accelerator, except Certified Financial Planning, Technology Bootcamps, Cybersecurity, and Governance, Sustainability, and Stewardship.

To determine your eligibility and confirm your applicable VA Benefits, your Certificate of Eligibility will need to be provided to the Veteran Benefits Administrator.

Next steps for veteran applicants

1. Contact Kathy Drezek to discuss program eligibility and how benefits apply.
2. Provide your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to the Veteran Benefits Administrator.
3. Confirm any remaining tuition responsibility and explore additional financing or payment plans.

Many employers sponsor professional learning through direct payment, purchase orders, or tuition reimbursement programs.

• If your employer will sponsor your study, our team can work with your company to process payments. Simply select "Invoice" as your payment method at checkout. If you have any questions, contact our team at accelerator@bryant.edu.
• If your employer reimburses you after course completion, check deadlines and documentation requirements (grades, completion certificates, invoice) to ensure timely reimbursement. All students receive transcript with letter grades upon completion of the course.
