Lessons from a textbook can only take you so far. The best way to understand the concepts you learn in the classroom is to apply them to real-world settings. That’s why experiential learning has always been a hallmark of the Bryant experience. Throughout your courses at ˿����Ƶ — beginning your very first year — you’ll engage in internships, international learning, research opportunities, and capstone projects while partnering with real businesses and organizations. These hands-on opportunities will expose you to new ideas and elevate your leadership skills to the next level.
 

We lead our Bulldogs to find the intersection of their passions and strengths, then equip them with the confidence and credentials to reach a fulfilling profession. This begins your first year in our “Career Launch” course, part of the general education curriculum. This class will help you solidify your career interests as you map out your course of study. You’ll create a series of action steps to help you achieve important milestones — and utilize helpful planning tools and resources — in your career development process. For undecided students who need a little more guidance, the MyPath@Bryant program in the provides personalized career coaching, assessments, and student mentorship to help you make an informed decision.

We also help our students cultivate job search skills so they’re ready to engage with employers when the time comes. You can participate in resume reviews and mock interviews, learn how to network, get help with your LinkedIn profile, practice salary negotiation, and much more.

Over 400 employers participate in our recruitment efforts, including more than 150 employers who conduct on-campus interviews. Bryant hosts two annual on-campus career fairs featuring employers from a range of industries. We also hold networking events and site visits throughout the year to help students find internship, volunteer, and employment opportunities. And with an active alumni network of more than 50,000, there are always Bulldogs looking to connect with our current students.
